Change is coming.
Will you meet it with clarity — or let it sweep you along?
Every day in the wrong role costs you energy, confidence, and time you can't get back.
You've been trying to move forward but instead of progress, you've hit the same roadblocks over and over
You've outgrown your role, but don't know what comes next. You've been exploring options, but feel lost in the noise.
You've sent out applications, but haven't heard back — or aren't even sure they were the right ones.
You're earning less than you should be, but feel unsure how to change that without making the wrong move.
The advice you've gotten feels disconnected or one-size-fits-all. You need something that actually makes sense for you.
You're ready to move forward — but not willing to waste time, energy, or money chasing the wrong thing.
You have the skills and motivation, but can't seem to break through to clarity and decisive action.
Figure it out as you go is expensive, exhausting, and slow.
Based on Real Data, Not Just Hunches
That beats chasing every shiny option and hoping one finally sticks.
Not Just Your Past
That beats underselling yourself or walking away thinking, "I should've said…"
Focused Next Steps, Not Massive To-Do Lists
That's better than hopping from branch to branch and never taking flight
No filler. No fluff. A personalized map, an undeniable message, and a game plan you'll actually use.
Because the cost of staying stuck is always higher than the cost of getting clear.
Solve any work dilemma in one focused session
Pinpoint the path to your ideal future
"I want to process on my own first."
Ahead of you is a smoother path: steady, unhurried, and focused, a grounded way to move forward.
If you're stuck in the wrong role, I help you untangle the confusion and turn it into a plan you can trust — a thread that's run through every role I've ever had, long before I called it career coaching.
Early on, my alma mater trusted me to lead as Remedial Director, guiding a team of tutors. Soon after, I stepped into the role of Preschool Principal, overseeing staff across both Head Start and private programs.
Then came the biggest promotion of all — motherhood — and an invitation from a colleague who'd noticed my knack for clear, persuasive communication. That first project opened the door to a niche in recruitment marketing and employer branding, where I learned how to position something so its strengths are impossible to miss. Later, I realized: that skill works even better when the "something" is a person like you.
Since then, I've helped clients cut through uncertainty, see their best options clearly, and take action with confidence.

(The things you're wondering, but might not say out loud.)
Both. If you're local, we can meet in person. If not, we can work over Zoom or even by phone — whatever helps you show up without stress.
Yes. I work with anyone ready to get clear, get direction, and take action. For those who prefer, I have fantastic male colleagues I can refer you to.
A recruiter's client is the employer — their job is to fill a role for the company.
My client is you. I help you identify what truly fits, position yourself strongly, and pursue opportunities with clarity and confidence. When you're ready to job search, you won't waste months chasing the wrong roles.
I won't send your résumé around or "land" a job for you. What I will do is help you identify exactly what fits you best, craft a targeted strategy, and give you the tools and confidence to pursue it effectively.
It depends on your situation and also on how much time and effort you're investing to do the legwork. I'm here to support you though every step of the way even if it takes a little longer because you have other competing commitments.
Not at all. I also work with people at crossroads — deciding between offers, changing industries, or stepping into leadership roles.
Book a Discovery Call. We'll talk through where you are, where you want to be, and how I can help you get there.
You can — and they can actually be very inspiring validating and helpful.
But they can't talk back, dig deeper, or connect the dots between your unique skills, experience, and opportunities. They also can't hold you accountable, challenge your thinking, or help you assess real opportunities as they come up — in real time — so you make the right moves.
Yes — that's me. I co-founded Grads on Track and to help high-school and seminary graduates start their first roles with confidence and know-how. The Work Anchor is where I also coach career changers, guide mid-career clients, and help businesses with hiring and onboarding.
Average time from first session to 'I know what I'm doing next': 3 weeks.
Average time from 'what now' to 'I'm hired': 6-12 weeks.
If it matters to you, it matters to me.
Let's talk through your situation and figure out your next step.
